Ups N’ Downs is a traditional Canadian pub located in the core of downtown Sarnia, with majestic views of the great St. Clair River. We feature a variety of foods from around the world. With loads of gluten friendly options.

24 beers on tap! We have something for every palate. Domestic, imported, traditional, local, craft, beers, ciders and wines. Canned or bottled for delivery, pick up or take out.

Live entertainment every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 8-11pm. Join us on Sundays for an eclectic musical matinee from 3-6pm.

We have plenty of large screen HD TVs throughout in order for you to catch all the sports, news, and even weather unfolding around the world.

We also offer free wireless internet service. We have two private party rooms upstairs (see Banquet Rooms on home page menu) in which we can customize a menu to suit your needs. We also cater out-of-house functions. We can do it all.
